Refund policy
At BBQCORE, we are committed to providing you with a safe and satisfying shopping experience. That is why we apply a clear, fair, and lawful return policy covering the United States, the European Union, Latin America, and other international markets.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Residents of the European Union are also entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
After this period, returns will not be accepted unless local consumer protection laws require a longer period.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Include all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Products that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate or personal care products.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
- Clearance or final sale items, unless defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery by emailing info.bbqcore@gmail.com and including clear photos of the issue.
We will evaluate your case and provide further instructions.
In such cases, BBQCORE will cover the return and reshipping costs where applicable.
5. Return Process
- Contact info.bbqcore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and detailed instructions before shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the error was ours.
Important: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are typically 7–15 business days.

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return under this policy and place a new order for the desired product.
8. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you reside in a European Union country, you may cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without providing any reason.
The product must meet the same conditions outlined in Section 2.
9. Limitation of Liability
BBQCORE is not responsible for the loss, damage, or misuse of a product after delivery, nor for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
This policy respects all non-waivable consumer rights applicable in your country or region.
10. Local Legal Exceptions
BBQCORE complies with international e-commerce laws, including but not limited to:
- United States: Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
- European Union: Regulation (EU) 2013/313 and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
- Latin America: Local consumer protection laws (such as PROFECO, SERNAC, and INDEC).
- Other Regions: Equivalent national consumer protection laws.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory local laws, those laws shall prevail.
